IQOS and TEREA delivery across Dubai
Our team is based in Dubai, and Dubai is where most of our orders go. That is why it has the shortest delivery window on the site: express delivery in 40-60 minutes and standard delivery in 1:30 -2 hours.
Dubai runs along the coast from Deira and Bur Dubai on either side of the Creek, through Downtown and Business Bay, out to Al Barsha, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers. Travel time inside the city depends far more on traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road than on distance, which is why we quote a window rather than a fixed minute.
The order cutoff in Dubai is 10 PM, the latest of any emirate, shared only with Sharjah and Ajman. An order placed in the evening still goes out the same day.
Express vs standard delivery to Dubai
| Option | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Express | 40-60 minutes | AED 30.00 |
| Standard | 1:30 -2 hours | AED 30.00 |
Areas we cover in Dubai
- Deira
- The older trading district on the north side of the Creek, around Deira City Centre and the souks. Many buildings share an entrance with shops, so the shop name next door helps the courier find the right door.
- Bur Dubai
- Across the Creek from Deira, around BurJuman, Al Fahidi and Karama. Streets are narrow and parking is tight, so a building name plus a nearby landmark saves time.
- Marina
- The towers around the Marina Walk and Dubai Marina Mall. Most towers have a reception desk. Because you pay on arrival, plan to meet the courier in the lobby or let reception know they are coming up.
- JLT
- Jumeirah Lake Towers is laid out in lettered clusters around the lakes. Give the cluster letter and the tower name so the courier goes to the right side of the lake first time.
- Business Bay
- Office and residential towers along the Dubai Water Canal. Office deliveries are fine: add the company name and floor, and make sure someone can meet the courier at reception.
- Al Barsha
- Around Mall of the Emirates and Al Barsha 1 to 3. Villas and low-rise buildings here can share a street number, so a villa number or building name matters.
Areas not on the list, such as International City, Mirdif, Jumeirah or Dubai Silicon Oasis, are covered too. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.
Giving the courier your Dubai address
Every building in Dubai has a 10-digit Makani number on a plate by the entrance, and it pins that exact entrance on the map. Add it to the address line at checkout, or send a location pin on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. Either one gets the courier to the right door without a phone call.
Express or standard in Dubai
Express takes 40-60 minutes and is the one to pick when you have run out of sticks. Standard takes 1:30 -2 hours and costs the same AED 30, so it suits an order placed ahead of time.
Orders over AED 450 are delivered free on either option. If you smoke a pack or more a day, ordering several packs at once usually clears that threshold.
