About IQOS TEREA Italy
Italy is one of our two highest-priced origins at 215 AED, alongside Japan at 210, and the flavour range is built almost entirely around Japanese equivalents: seven of the eight Italian flavours share a name with a Japanese one, priced close enough to make Italy the natural fallback when the Japanese version is out of stock.
Every TEREA flavour we stock from Italy
Italy runs pricier than our TEREA average across all seven regions. Flavours with more than one region also have a dedicated comparison page, linked below. Ordering from more than one origin? TEREA Dubai delivers all seven in one order.

Why Italy exists as a near-Japan substitute
Italian TEREA production mirrors the Japanese naming convention closely: Silver, Amber, Turquoise, Purple Wave, Twilight Pearl, Oasis Pearl and Sun Pearl all carry a Japanese counterpart at the same or a similar price. The one genuine departure is Sienna, described as "black tea, balanced and woody," a more specific tea note than Sienna carries from Switzerland (robust tobacco with wood and light tea) or Indonesia (rich, woody, no menthol).
The full range
| Flavour | Profile |
|---|---|
| Silver | Mild tobacco with lightly spiced herbal notes |
| Sienna | Black tea, balanced and woody |
| Turquoise | Toasted tobacco with menthol |
| Amber | Rounded roasted tobacco with a woody finish |
| Purple Wave | Berry with a menthol wave |
| Twilight Pearl | Dark forest fruit with a menthol capsule |
| Oasis Pearl | Passionfruit with a menthol capsule |
| Sun Pearl | Refreshing menthol with a fruit capsule |
When Italian is worth choosing over Japanese
Mostly when the Japanese version is out of stock and you don't want to change flavour profile. The gap between the two is small on flavour, and Italian stock is the closest swap on the site for exactly that reason. If price rather than availability is the deciding factor, the same flavour name from Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan runs 80 to 90 AED cheaper. The region comparison guide lays out the full trade-off.
Italy against the other origins
At 215 AED, Italy sits with Japan (210) at the top of our pricing, above Switzerland (160), Kyrgyzstan (135), Uzbekistan (125) and Indonesia (120-145). Every Italian flavour except Sienna has a cheaper equivalent from at least one other origin. Sienna is the exception worth trying for its own sake, since the black tea note is genuinely distinct from the Swiss or Indonesian version under the same name.
Device compatibility
Italian TEREA is induction-heated, for IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA i and ILUMA Prime, or a third-party induction holder like the Lambda i8. It will not work in a blade-heated IQOS 3 DUO. Check which device you have before ordering.
Who should shop the Italian range
Buyers who want a Japanese-style flavour but find Japan out of stock, and buyers specifically after Sienna's black tea note, which is genuinely distinct from the Swiss or Indonesian version under the same name. It's not the cheapest way to get any of these seven shared flavours, Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan almost always undercut it, so Italy earns its place as a fallback and a Sienna specialist rather than a first stop for someone shopping on price alone.
Pack contents and specifications
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Sticks per pack | 20 |
| Packs per carton | 10 (200 sticks total) |
| Nicotine | approximately 0.5 mg per stick |
| Puffs per stick | up to 14 |
| Session length | about 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first |
| Heating method | induction, no blade |
| Origin | Italy |
Pacing the draw is what gets the full session out of a stick rather than cutting it short. A sealed pack holds its character for as long as it takes to work through a carton, kept out of direct heat and sunlight.
Authenticity and returns
Every Italy pack we sell is sourced as new, sealed stock and checked before it goes out, never opened, repackaged or grey-market. If a pack arrives damaged or wrong, our returns and refunds policy covers it. Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery are all accepted, and nothing is charged until the order is confirmed.
Buying genuine TEREA Italy in Dubai
Every pack ships sealed and sourced as new stock. Delivery runs 40 to 60 minutes across Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah, same day or within 24 hours elsewhere in the UAE. Cash or card on delivery. Check your delivery area for the exact window.
IQOS TEREA Italy Questions
- Should I buy Italian TEREA over Japanese?
- Mostly when the Japanese version is out of stock and you don't want to switch flavour profile. The taste gap is small, and Italian stock is the closest swap we carry. If price matters more than availability, Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan usually run 80-90 AED cheaper for the same name.
- Is Italian Sienna the same as Sienna from other origins?
- No, genuinely different. Italian Sienna leads with black tea. Swiss Sienna is robust tobacco with wood and light tea. Indonesian Sienna is rich, woody tobacco with no menthol at all. Worth trying on its own rather than as a substitute.
- Why is Italy almost as expensive as Japan?
- It's a pricing decision, not a quality gap, both are genuine IQOS product. Italy sits within 5 AED of Japan and mirrors much of the Japanese naming and flavour profile, which is the whole reason it works as a substitute when Japanese stock runs out.
- How many flavours does Italy stock?
- Eight, all at a flat 215 AED: Silver, Sienna, Turquoise, Amber, Purple Wave, Twilight Pearl, Oasis Pearl and Sun Pearl.
- Does Italian TEREA work with an IQOS 3 DUO?
- No. It's induction-heated for ILUMA, ILUMA i and ILUMA Prime only. A blade-heated device like the 3 DUO cannot fire it.
- How fast is TEREA Italy delivery in Dubai?
- 40 to 60 minutes across Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah for most orders, same day or within 24 hours elsewhere in the UAE. Cash or card on delivery, nothing charged in advance.
- How many sticks come in a pack of Italian TEREA?
- 20 sticks per pack, 10 packs per carton, 200 sticks total, the same as every other origin we stock.
- Is this genuine, sealed Italian TEREA?
- Yes, every pack ships as new, sealed stock. We don't sell grey-market or previously opened product.
- How many packs should I order to start?
- One pack covers roughly a week for a moderate smoker. If you're testing Italian as a substitute for a Japanese flavour, one pack is enough to judge the difference before ordering more.
- Can I order a mix of Italian flavours in one delivery?
- Yes, each of the 8 Italian flavours is a separate listing, so any combination can go into one order rather than committing to a single flavour per delivery.
- Is there a risk of running out of the Japanese equivalent mid-order?
- If a Japanese flavour is out of stock at checkout, the product page reflects that directly rather than letting the order go through, so you'd see it before paying, not after. The Italian equivalent is the fallback to check at that point.
- Does Italian TEREA use the same heating method as Japanese?
- Yes, both are induction-heated, identical in device compatibility. Italy, Japan and the other four origins we stock all run on the same ILUMA-generation induction technology, only the flavour and price differ by origin.
