This page explains who is behind the product pages and guides on this site, where their facts come from, and what we do when something is wrong.

Who reviews our content

Every product page, category page and guide is reviewed and approved by Minhazul Islam, our Product Lead, who has been selling IQOS and TEREA in Dubai since 2020. Content is prepared by our team and is not published until it has been checked against the facts below.

Where the facts come from

  • Device specifications come from the manufacturer's own product pages and the packaging of the stock we sell. When sources disagree, the manufacturer's page wins.
  • Flavour descriptions come from the pack and the manufacturer's description for that market. Where the same flavour is made for several markets, we compare the versions side by side and say when they differ.
  • Prices, stock and the number of flavours are read live from our catalogue, so they change on the page the moment they change in our stock.
  • Delivery times and fees come from the delivery settings that our checkout uses, so the page and the checkout always agree.

What we do not write

We do not make health claims. We do not say that heated tobacco or vaping is safer or healthier than smoking, and we do not describe nicotine products as a way to stop smoking.

IQOS TEREA Dubai is an independent retailer. No brand pays us to feature or rank its products, and we are not affiliated with Philip Morris International, JUUL Labs, Myle or any other manufacturer whose products we sell. The trademark disclaimer covers this in full.

Corrections

When we find a mistake, we correct the page and, where it matters, every other page that repeats it. For example, in October 2026 several of our pages said that only the ILUMA i Prime has a touch screen and Pause Mode. After checking the manufacturer's pages, we corrected them to show that the ILUMA i Standard has both too. Guides show the date they were last updated.
