IQOS and TEREA on the east coast

Fujairah is the only emirate entirely on the east coast, facing the Gulf of Oman on the far side of the Hajar Mountains from Dubai. Delivery here runs on a same-day schedule: order before 1 PM and express arrives in about 6 hours, standard in 6-12 hours.

The east coast is shared between emirates. Kalba and Khor Fakkan, south and north of Fujairah city, belong to Sharjah. The town of Dibba is split three ways: Dibba Al Fujairah, Dibba Al Hisn in Sharjah, and Dibba Al Baya in Oman.

We deliver to UAE addresses only, so we cannot send an order across the border into Dibba Al Baya or anywhere else in Oman.

Areas we cover in Fujairah

Fujairah City: The main town, around the Corniche and Fujairah City Centre. The building name plus a nearby landmark is enough for the courier.
Dibba: Dibba Al Fujairah, at the northern end of the coast. Because the town is shared with Sharjah and Oman, a location pin on WhatsApp confirms which side of the town you are on.
Al Aqah: The hotel and beach strip on the coast road north of Fujairah city, towards Dibba. Give the hotel or building name and meet the courier at reception.
Kalba and Khor Fakkan: These towns belong to Sharjah but sit on the same coast, south and north of Fujairah city. Message us on WhatsApp with your address and we will confirm the time before you order.

Areas not on the list, such as Mirbah or Qidfa, are covered too. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.

Giving the courier your Fujairah address

Fujairah addresses are usually given by area and building name. A location pin sent on WhatsApp is the most reliable way to guide the courier, especially along the coast road north of the city.

Planning a Fujairah order

The drive from Dubai to the east coast crosses the mountains, so every Fujairah order takes a few hours. Order before you run low; an order placed before 1 PM arrives the same day.

Express in about 6 hours and standard in 6-12 hours cost the same AED 30. For a weekend at Al Aqah or Dibba, order before you set off or early on the day; an order over AED 450 is delivered free.
