About Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is the waterfront district of high-rise towers built around a man-made marina, next to Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Nearly every home here is an apartment in a tower, and most towers have a reception desk and security at the entrance.

That shapes how delivery works. The drive is quick, with express in 40-60 minutes and standard in 1:30 -2 hours, but the last part, from the tower entrance to your door, depends on your building's rules for couriers.

Getting the order to the right tower

Give the tower name and your flat number. Several Marina towers have similar names within one development, so add the development name or the nearest landmark.

Many towers ask couriers to wait at reception. Since you pay on arrival, tell reception a courier is coming, or plan to meet them in the lobby.

Landmarks couriers use in Dubai Marina

Marina Walk: the promenade that runs around the water
Dubai Marina Mall: a central reference point for towers on the marina's eastern side
Pier 7: the round dining tower at the mall end of the marina
The Walk at JBR: for the beachfront towers next door

Timing a Dubai Marina order

Parking close to the towers is limited and the roads around Marina Walk and JBR get busy in the evening, so express in 40-60 minutes is the safer choice at those times. It costs the same AED 30 as standard.

Orders placed before 10 PM go out the same day, and orders over AED 450 are delivered free.
