IQOS and TEREA in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is the UAE's capital and covers most of the country's land area. Our team is based in Dubai, so delivery here works differently: orders go out on a same-day schedule rather than within the hour.
Order before 1 PM and express delivery arrives in about 6 hours, standard in 6-12 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM go out in the next available slot.
The emirate has three regions: Abu Dhabi city and its islands, Al Ain inland on the Oman border, and Al Dhafra in the west, which includes Ruwais, Madinat Zayed and Liwa. The areas listed below are in and around Abu Dhabi city. For Al Ain or Al Dhafra, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.
Express vs standard delivery to Abu Dhabi
| Option | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Express | 6 hours | AED 30.00 |
| Standard | 6-12 hours | AED 30.00 |
Areas we cover in Abu Dhabi
- Al Reem
- Al Reem Island, the tower district just off the city centre. Give the tower name, and be ready to meet the courier in the lobby, since payment is on arrival.
- Khalifa City
- A mainly villa area on the mainland near Zayed International Airport. The villa number and street matter more here than a landmark.
- Mussafah
- The industrial and residential area on the mainland, including Mussafah Shabiya. Addresses here are given by sector, such as M-10, so include your sector number.
- Corniche
- The waterfront towers along the Corniche in the heart of the city. Most towers have a lobby; tell us the tower name and plan to meet the courier downstairs.
Areas not on the list, such as Al Raha, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island or Mohammed Bin Zayed City, are covered too. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.
Giving the courier your Abu Dhabi address
Abu Dhabi uses the Onwani address system: a plate on each building shows the building number and street name. Add those to your address, or send a location pin on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Planning an Abu Dhabi order
Because every Abu Dhabi order takes a few hours, it is worth ordering before you run low rather than on the day you run out. An order placed in the morning, before 1 PM, arrives the same day.
Express takes about 6 hours and standard 6-12 hours, and both cost AED 30. Orders over AED 450 are delivered free, so a larger order placed less often saves the delivery fee as well as the wait.
