How fast is delivery in Dubai?

Within the hour, in most cases. That covers Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah. Order late at night and it may run over, but the rider will message you either way rather than leaving you guessing.

Which emirates do you cover?

All seven. Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah are the one-hour zone. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain take up to 12 hours, depending on how far out the address sits.

What does delivery cost?

Free once the order passes 450 AED, anywhere in the country. Below that a standard charge applies, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm anything.

When do I pay?

When the order reaches you, not before. Cash or card, whichever you prefer. Nothing is charged to a card in advance, and we do not store card details.

Are your IQOS and TEREA products genuine?

Yes. Stock arrives sealed with its original batch coding and gets checked before it goes out. Our TEREA comes from Japan, Italy, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Switzerland and Uzbekistan, and the source market is listed on every product page so you know exactly which version you are buying.

Can I return or exchange something?

Sealed items can go back within 7 days if they are unused and still in their original packaging. Opened tobacco and vape products cannot, for health and safety reasons. If something turns up damaged or already opened, message us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

What if the variant I want is out of stock?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when it is due back, or suggest the closest match from another source market. Kyrgyz and Uzbek stock often covers a gap in the Japanese range at a lower price.
