Age Policy

Everything on this site contains nicotine and is sold only to adults aged 18 and over. In the UAE, tobacco products may not be sold to anyone under 18.

How we confirm age

When you open the site, you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or over before you can browse. By placing an order, you confirm again that you meet the legal age requirement in your emirate, as set out in our terms of service.

At delivery

Our couriers do not check ID as a matter of routine. We may ask for proof of age at the door, and the courier may decline to hand over an order if it is not provided, as our shipping policy explains.

Orders we cancel

If we have reason to believe an order is for someone under 18, including an order placed by an adult on their behalf, we cancel it. Accounts that we find belong to someone under 18 are closed.

Who our products are not for

Our products are not suitable for non-smokers, people under 18, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Nicotine is addictive.

Reporting a concern

If you believe someone under 18 has ordered from us, message us on WhatsApp on +971 50 394 4935 and we will look into it.
