Delivery areas and times

  • Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah: delivery within 1 hour of order confirmation in most cases.
  • Rest of the UAE: nationwide delivery, timing depends on the destination emirate.

Order confirmation

After you place an order our team confirms it on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch. Please make sure the contact number you enter at checkout is reachable.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The total displayed at checkout is the amount you pay on delivery.

Delivery attempts

If nobody is available to receive the order, our driver will attempt to contact you on the number provided. Orders that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts are returned to us and may be cancelled.

Age verification on delivery

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested at the point of delivery, and the driver may decline to hand over the order if it cannot be provided.
