About Business Bay
Business Bay is the district of towers along the Dubai Water Canal, next to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Its towers mix offices, hotels and apartments, sometimes in the same building, and the Marasi Drive waterfront runs along the canal.
We ship out of Downtown Dubai, right next door, and a lot of orders here go to offices rather than homes. Delivery runs on Dubai's times, express in 40-60 minutes and standard in 1:30 -2 hours, so an order placed in the morning arrives well before the end of the working day.
Office or apartment: what to give the courier
For an office, give the company name, the tower and the floor. For an apartment, the tower name and your flat number. Where a tower has separate entrances for offices and residences, say which one.
Office towers usually ask couriers to wait at the ground-floor reception. Since payment is on arrival, be ready to come down, or arrange for someone at reception to meet them.

Timing a Business Bay order
If you are ordering to the office, order in the morning so it arrives while you are still there. Express in 40-60 minutes costs the same AED 30 as standard in 1:30 -2 hours.
Traffic around the Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road junctions is heaviest at rush hour, so express is the safer choice then. Orders over AED 450 are delivered free.
