IQOS and TEREA in Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah is the UAE's northernmost emirate, between the Gulf coast and the Hajar Mountains. Delivery here runs on a same-day schedule: order before 1 PM and express arrives in about 6 hours, standard in 6-12 hours.
Ras Al Khaimah city is split by a creek, with the old town on one side and Al Nakheel on the other. South of the city along the coast is Al Hamra, with Al Hamra Village and the resort hotels, and Al Marjan Island just beyond it.
For the northern areas towards Shaam and the Oman border, or for villages inland, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.
Express vs standard delivery to Ras Al Khaimah

| Express | 6 hours | AED 30.00 |
| Standard | 6-12 hours | AED 30.00 |
Areas we cover in Ras Al Khaimah
- Al Nakheel
- The central district on the inland side of the creek, with shops, offices and apartment buildings. The building name plus a nearby landmark is enough for the courier.
- Al Hamra
- Al Hamra Village and the coast south of the city. Many homes here are inside gated communities, so give the community name and villa or building number, and let the gate know a courier is coming.
- Al Marjan Island
- The man-made islands off the coast beyond Al Hamra, with resort hotels and residential towers. Give the building or hotel name, and let reception know a courier is coming, since payment is on arrival.
- Mina Al Arab
- A waterfront community near Al Hamra. Homes here are inside a gated community, so give the community name and your villa or building number.
Areas not on the list, such as Julphar or Dafan Al Nakheel, are covered too. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the time before you order.
Giving the courier your Ras Al Khaimah address
Ras Al Khaimah addresses are usually given by area and building or villa name. A location pin sent on WhatsApp is the most reliable way to guide the courier, especially in gated communities and newer areas.
Planning a Ras Al Khaimah order
Ras Al Khaimah is the furthest emirate from us on the Gulf coast, so plan the order a little ahead. One placed in the morning, before 1 PM, arrives the same day; one placed after it goes out in the next available slot.
If you are staying at a resort in Al Hamra or on Al Marjan Island for a few days, order everything you need for the stay in one go rather than waiting twice. An order over AED 450 is delivered free, and express in about 6 hours costs the same AED 30 as standard.
