Every order is paid when it reaches you or once it is confirmed, never before. There is no online card payment on this site, so your card details are never entered here.

Choosing a method at checkout

Pick your payment method when you place the order. If you change your mind, tell us on WhatsApp on +971 50 394 4935 before the courier leaves and we will update it.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee and the order value above which delivery is free are shown at checkout and on the delivery areas page, together with the delivery times for each emirate. The fee is paid with the order, by the same method.

Refunds

Because orders are paid on delivery, approved refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, or by bank transfer where that is not possible. The returns and refunds policy explains when a refund applies.
