Why the region matters at all
TEREA is produced for different markets, and the blends are tuned to local taste. A stick made for Japan is not the same recipe as one made for Indonesia, even where the variant name matches. The pack size, nicotine content and ILUMA compatibility are identical everywhere. The flavour and the price are not.

The move that saves regular buyers the most
Start on Japanese stock while you work out which variant suits you. It is the most forgiving range and the easiest to judge against. Once you have settled, check whether the same flavour exists in the Kyrgyz or Uzbek range. It usually does, at a lower price per pack, and most people cannot separate them in a blind draw.
That single swap is the closest thing to free money in the whole category, and it is the reason we stock all six rather than one or two.
Where the differences are actually noticeable
Menthols diverge most. Japanese and Swiss menthol lands dry and sharp; Indonesian menthol is rounder and sweeter. Plain tobacco variants differ less, and between Kyrgyz and Japanese stock the gap on a plain regular is small enough that most people would fail a blind test.
Pearl variants, the ones with a crushable capsule, are the exception. The capsule composition varies more between markets than the tobacco does, so a Japanese Pearl and an Indonesian Pearl of the same name can be meaningfully different products.
Does any of it affect my device
