The cold end of the range

This is where Indonesian TEREA goes against its own house style. Most variants here run sweet and full; Mulint is dry and cold, closer in character to the Japanese menthols than to its neighbours on this page.

The tobacco base is still Indonesian, so there is body underneath, but the menthol dominates from the first puff and holds to the last.

Mulint or Blue?

Blue is the moderate menthol here, rounder and warmer. Mulint is considerably sharper. If Blue has stopped registering, this is the step up.

From Japan, Black Menthol is the nearest in intensity, though it pairs the cold with a much darker tobacco base.
