IQOS TEREA Green Indonesian

Green is the mint stick rather than the menthol one, and the distinction matters. Softer, rounder cooling closer to spearmint, over the Indonesian base. The gentlest cooled variant in this range.

Mint, not menthol

Where menthol goes cold and sharp, mint here goes cool and slightly sweet. The finish is short and clean, and there is none of the throat catch that strong menthols produce.

People order this either because full menthol is too intense, or because they smoke fifteen or more a day and want cooling that does not tire the palate.

Green or Blue?

Blue is the full menthol version from the same market. Green is the softer alternative. If you have found every menthol stick too much, this is the one to try before giving up on cooling altogether.

Japan's TEREA Mint is the closest match from another market and runs drier.

Who this suits

People who want cooling as a background note rather than the main event, or who vape frequently enough that a strong menthol becomes fatiguing by the afternoon.

Device compatibility

Compatible across ILUMA, ILUMA i and the Lambda i8. Incompatible with every blade-heated IQOS. Getting this wrong is the most common ordering mistake we see, so it is worth two minutes.

Storage and freshness

Keep packs out of direct heat and sunlight, same as any TEREA stick. The flavour holds fine at room temperature but degrades faster in a hot car or on a windowsill. A sealed pack easily outlasts the time it takes to work through it.

Using it, start to finish

Insert one stick into the ILUMA holder, wait for the ready signal, then draw. A session runs about six minutes or fourteen puffs, whichever comes first. Pacing the draw is what gets the full session out of it.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• The gentlest cooling in the entire Indonesian range
• Doesn't tire the palate across a heavy smoking day, unlike a strong menthol

Cons:

• Too mild if real cooling is what you want, Blue or Mulint fit that better
• Less character overall than the fruit-forward sticks in this range
