IQOS TEREA Yellow Kyrgyzstan

Yellow is balanced tobacco with a citrus twist, one of the easier all-day sticks in the Kyrgyz range. At 135 AED it undercuts the Japanese equivalent at 210 AED.

Citrus without cooling

The citrus here is a lift rather than a flavour: a brightness on the finish that keeps a mid-weight tobacco stick from feeling heavy. There is no menthol, which surprises people who associate citrus with cooled variants.

That combination makes it a good warm-weather stick for anyone who does not want menthol.

Yellow or Green Zing?

Green Zing takes citrus in the cooled direction, sharp and zesty. Yellow keeps the citrus and drops the menthol. Same price, genuinely different sticks.

For plain tobacco with no citrus at all, Amber is the roasted option.

Device compatibility

Check your holder before ordering. Terea Yellow Kyrgyzstan fits the ILUMA family and the Lambda i8, and nothing with a blade in it. Details here.

Using it, start to finish

Insert one stick into the ILUMA holder, wait for the ready signal, then draw. A session runs about six minutes or fourteen puffs, whichever comes first. Pacing the draw is what gets the full session out of it.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Undercuts Japan by about a third for a genuinely different, citrus-without-cooling stick
• Doesn't tire the palate over a full day of smoking
• A good warm-weather option for anyone who specifically doesn't want menthol

Cons:

• No cooling at all, which surprises people who associate citrus with menthol from other brands
• Green Zing is the better pick if you want citrus and cold together

Storage and freshness

Keep packs out of direct heat and sunlight, same as any TEREA stick. The flavour holds fine at room temperature but degrades faster in a hot car or on a windowsill. A sealed pack easily outlasts the time it takes to work through it.
