What the extra money buys

Not more sticks per charge; the Prime manages the same roughly 20 sessions as the i Standard from its 2380 mAh pocket charger. What you get instead is a touch screen showing heat and usage, Pause Mode holding a part-smoked stick for up to eight minutes, and FlexBattery switching between Eco and Performance modes.

Heating runs at 350°C through bladeless SMARTCORE induction, and FlexPuff adds up to four extra puffs on a slow draw, same as every other i-series device.

Prime against the i Standard

Does the i Prime taste different from the i Standard?

No. Same induction heating at the same 350°C. The Prime adds Pause Mode, FlexBattery and a touch screen, not a different flavour.

What does Pause Mode do?

Holds a part-smoked stick for up to eight minutes, so a phone call or interruption does not cost you the rest of it.
