The touch screen and Pause Mode are the two features unique to Prime. Everything else, the 350°C induction heating, the FlexPuff allowance, the fundamental way TEREA is heated, is shared with the i Standard.

Aspen Green against the range

How to use it, session by session

Charge the pocket charger fully before the first use. After that, slot the holder into the charger between sessions. A holder top-up only takes a couple of minutes, since the pocket charger itself is the slow part, around two hours fifteen minutes from empty over USB-C.

Insert a TEREA stick, wait for the device to signal it's ready, then draw. SMARTCORE brings the stick to 350°C through induction, no blade involved. A session runs six minutes or fourteen puffs, whichever comes first; FlexPuff adds up to four more puffs on top of that if you're drawing slowly. If something interrupts you mid-session, Pause Mode holds the stick usable for up to eight minutes before it needs finishing or replacing.

A finish that changes with the light

Because Aspen Green shifts between grey and green depending on the light it's under, it tends to photograph and read differently indoors under warm light versus outdoors in daylight. Worth knowing if the exact shade matters to you, since it isn't a fixed single tone.
