IQOS TEREA Amber Uzbekistan

Uzbek Amber is rounded roasted tobacco with a woody finish, and the Uzbek range is one of the lowest-priced routes to this flavour profile we stock, well below the Japanese equivalent.

The same stick, essentially

Roast forward, woody on the finish, mid-weight throughout. Uzbek production tracks the Kyrgyz blends closely, and both track the Japanese ones on plain tobacco.

If you already smoke Amber from another market, you will recognise this immediately. That is the entire proposition.

Uzbek or Kyrgyz?

Honestly, very little separates them. Kyrgyz Amber costs 135 against 125 here, and in a blind draw most people could not say which was which. All four regions compared.

Against Japan you save well over half per pack for a plain tobacco stick that tastes near enough the same. The full comparison is here.

Who this suits

Anyone who already knows they like Amber and wants the cheapest reliable way to keep buying it, rather than paying a premium for the Japanese or Italian packs.

Device compatibility

Induction devices only: ILUMA, ILUMA i and the Lambda i8. Every blade-heated IQOS is out, as this guide explains.

Using it, start to finish

Insert one stick into the ILUMA holder, wait for the ready signal, then draw. A session runs about six minutes or fourteen puffs, whichever comes first. Pacing the draw is what gets the full session out of it.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• The same recognisable Amber profile as Japan, for close to half the price
• The cheapest reliable route to this flavour if you already know you like it

Cons:

• Near-identical to Kyrgyz Amber, so the 20 AED gap between them buys very little either way
• Not the pick if Japanese-market sourcing specifically matters to you over the flavour itself

Storage and freshness

Keep packs out of direct heat and sunlight, same as any TEREA stick. The flavour holds fine at room temperature but degrades faster in a hot car or on a windowsill. A sealed pack easily outlasts the time it takes to work through it.
