Takes TEREA and SENTIA sticks, not HEETS

Description

Grey is the quiet option in the Lambda i8 range, the same induction device in a finish that does not draw attention. 250 AED, TEREA and SENTIA compatible, not HEETS.

The value case for the i8

It undercuts an ILUMA i Standard on price while running the same induction principle, and typically holds more sessions per charge from its 3200 mAh battery. What you trade away is FlexPuff, Pause Mode and PMI's official support network.

For someone who already knows they smoke TEREA regularly and wants a second, cheaper device, that trade tends to make sense.

Grey against the ILUMA alternative

Mechanically close to the ILUMA i Standard, priced below it, without the manufacturer software layer. Full comparison here.

Want a brighter finish on the same internals? Red and Gold are the standout colours.

Choosing between the six finishes

Red, Black, White, Grey, Gold and Green all run the same 3200 mAh battery, the same Smartcore induction engine, and the same 200°C to 300°C, three-to-six-minute adjustable range. None of that changes with colour. The only real question is which finish you want to carry, and how easily you want it to blend into a bag or a table.

Pros and cons

Pros:

  • The quietest finish in the range, built for anyone who'd rather it not draw attention
  • Cheaper than an ILUMA i Standard while offering the same induction heating
  • Adjustable temperature and session length included as standard

Cons:

  • No FlexPuff, that's an ILUMA feature this range doesn't carry
  • Takes TEREA and SENTIA sticks, HEETS will not work in it

Frequently asked questions

Yes, generally, while offering the same induction heating plus adjustable temperature and session length that ILUMA does not have.

Any TEREA stick from any of the six source markets we stock, plus SENTIA sticks. HEETS will not work at all.

35 to 40 sessions on a full charge for most people, then roughly two and a half hours back to full over Type-C. Heavier use of the higher temperature settings brings that down slightly.

No. The price shown at checkout is what you pay, nothing is added once the rider arrives.

A blade-heated holder pushes a metal blade into the stick to heat it directly. The i8 uses Smartcore induction instead, heating a metal element already inside the TEREA stick with no blade touching it at all, the same principle IQOS ILUMA runs on. That means no blade to clean and no burnt taste building up over repeated sessions, and it's why this device takes TEREA and SENTIA rather than blade-heated HEETS.
