LAMBDA CC Grey for HEETS

Grey sits between Black and White as the least conspicuous Lambda CC finish, at the same 106.5 × 29.5 × 21.5 mm and 73 gram build as the rest of the range. 199 AED, HEETS only.

What you are actually buying

A blade-heated holder that undercuts an equivalent IQOS on price while adding two things IQOS does not offer: temperature control across 200°C to 300°C and session length from three to six minutes. The trade is no PMI warranty channel and no FlexPuff-style software layer.

For someone who already knows they get on with heated tobacco, that trade is usually worth it.

Grey against the IQOS alternative

A stock blade IQOS heats HEETS at one fixed setting with no way to change it. This does the same job with the temperature and session length in your control. The full comparison, including what you give up, is here.

Prefer a brighter finish on the same device? Red and Gold are the standout colours.

Choosing between the six finishes

Red, Army Green, Black, Grey, White and Gold all run the same 3200 mAh battery, the same titanium steel blade, the same OLED HD display, and the same 200°C to 300°C, three-to-six-minute adjustable range. None of that changes with colour. The only real question is which finish you'd rather carry.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• A quiet, practical finish that shows marks less than White or Gold
• Cheaper than most ILUMA-branded holders while running the same blade-heated principle HEETS was built for
• Adjustable temperature and session length included as standard

Cons:

• HEETS only, TEREA and SENTIA sticks need the induction-heated Lambda i8 instead
• The blade needs occasional cleaning, unlike an induction device
