What sets a Lambda apart from a stock IQOS

Two things a factory IQOS does not give you: adjustable heating and adjustable session length. The temperature runs 200°C to 300°C rather than one fixed point, and a session can be stretched from three minutes to six. Turn the heat down and stretch the session, and a single HEETS stick draws noticeably longer.

The titanium steel blade heats in the same way any blade IQOS does. What differs is that you get a say in how it heats.

Black or one of the brighter colours

Mechanically every CC colour is identical. Red and Gold stand out more; Black disappears into a bag or a pocket, which is the usual reason people choose it over a brighter finish.

Questions about this device

Does the Lambda CC take TEREA?

No. It heats with a titanium steel blade and takes HEETS and other blade-type sticks. TEREA needs induction, which is what the Lambda i8 provides instead.

Can I adjust the temperature?

Yes, from 200°C to 300°C, along with session length from three to six minutes. A stock IQOS gives you neither.
