What the original ILUMA gives up against the i-series

No FlexPuff, no Pause Mode, no touch screen. What it keeps is the core of the system: SMARTCORE induction heating with no blade, a six-minute session or fourteen puffs per stick, and a pocket charger that refills the holder from a 2380 mAh battery in 135 minutes.

If you want ILUMA compatibility without paying for features you may never use, this is the sensible purchase.

Original ILUMA or the i Standard

In the box

Holder, pocket charger and a USB-C cable, the same contents across every colour and edition of this kit. No cleaning sticks are needed, since induction heating leaves nothing to scrape.

Charging and using it

Charge the pocket charger fully before the first use. After that, slot the holder into the charger between sessions. A holder top-up takes only a couple of minutes, since the pocket charger itself is the slow part, around 135 minutes from empty over USB-C.

Insert a TEREA stick, wait for the ready signal, then draw. SMARTCORE brings the stick to temperature through induction, no blade involved. A session runs six minutes or fourteen puffs, whichever comes first.
