What changed from the original

A tighter draw, redesigned pods holding around 1.2 ml against the original's 0.7, and a different connector. That last point matters most: your old pods will not fit, and these will not fit an original JUUL.

Device only, or the starter kit

The JUUL2 starter kit bundles the device with two pods for 120 AED, which works out cheaper than buying them separately if you do not already have pods in hand.
