Which strength you want

5% is the standard JUUL strength and the one most ex-smokers start on. If you were on a pack a day, this is the strength that will actually satisfy. Salt nicotine keeps the throat hit smooth despite the level, which is what made the format work in the first place.

The flavour itself is dry Virginia tobacco with nothing sweet added, the closest thing in the JUUL range to a conventional cigarette.

5% or 3%?

The same flavour is available at 3% salt nicotine, which is the step down for lighter smokers or anyone tapering. Nothing else changes between them: same 0.7 ml capacity, same roughly 200 puffs, same flavour.

Start at 5% if you came off a full-strength cigarette, and move to 3% later if it feels like more than you need.

What is the difference between the 3% and 5% pods?

Nicotine strength only. Both are Virginia Tobacco at 0.7 ml with around 200 puffs per pod. 5% is the standard strength, 3% is the lighter option.

Will these fit a JUUL2?

No. These are original JUUL pods. The JUUL2 uses a different pod design and the two are not interchangeable.
