Fumo King Fresh Mint

Colder and sharper than the plain Mint, with a spearmint lift on the exhale. Closer to chewing gum than to menthol.

The device

The specification is the same across the Fumo King range: 13 ml at 20 mg/ml, mesh coil, 650 mAh rechargeable battery, three airflow levels. What changes between flavours is only the liquid.

It's draw-activated, so there's no button to press. Just inhale and it fires. Once the battery starts running low partway through the tank, a Type-C cable brings it back; the cable itself isn't included, so it's worth checking you already have one before ordering.

Using it, start to finish

No button and nothing to fill. It's draw-activated, so it fires the moment you inhale. It arrives charged and prefilled, ready for the first puff straight out of the box.

Once the battery runs low partway through the tank, a Type-C cable brings it back to full; the liquid itself can't be topped up, so once the 13 ml runs dry the device is finished and gets replaced rather than refilled.

If this is not quite it

Mint is the closest alternative, where Mint is softer and easier all day. Double Apple Ice is another option: cooling with apple and aniseed instead of straight mint. Browse every Fumo King flavour here.

Who this suits

Suits anyone who wants the coldest, sharpest option in the range rather than a gentle cooling note.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Double Apple Ice is the other alternative, cooling with apple and aniseed instead of straight mint.
