Do JUUL 1 pods fit JUUL 2?

No. The connector and pod body changed between generations, so the two are not interchangeable in either direction. Check which device you own before ordering refills.

Are Myle V4 and V5 pods the same?

No. Pods are tied to a generation: a V5 Meta pod fits a V5 Meta device, a V4 pod fits a V4, and neither works in the other. The version is printed on the device itself. We stock the V5 Meta range.

Can I return pods if I bought the wrong ones?

Sealed pods can go back within 7 days if they are unopened and still in their original packaging. Opened pods cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

JUUL 1 and JUUL 2

These are different systems, not variations of one. JUUL 1 pods do not fit a JUUL 2 device, and JUUL 2 pods do not fit the original. The connector and the pod body both changed between generations.

The quickest way to tell: the original JUUL has a 280 mAh battery and its pods hold noticeably less. JUUL 2 is larger overall with a tighter draw. If you still have the box, the generation is printed on it.

Myle V4 and V5

Same problem, same answer. Myle pods are tied to a generation: V5 Meta pods fit a V5 Meta device, V4 pods fit a V4, and neither works in the other. Earlier Myle generations are incompatible with both.

What we stock is the V5 Meta device and its V5 Meta pods. If you are still on a V4, those pods will not fit it. Myle prints the version on the device itself, so check that rather than the box, because the packaging looks broadly similar across versions.

Why manufacturers do this

Partly genuine engineering changes, partly commercial. Either way the practical effect is the same: refills are tied to a generation, and buying on brand alone is not enough.
